Refund Policy
Strict refund terms for digital orders placed on DIgital Dudes. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Overview
DIgital Dudes sells digital subscriptions, vouchers, codes, and related fulfillment services. Because our products are delivered electronically and often cannot be returned once access is granted, all purchases are subject to this Refund Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. General rule: all sales are final after delivery
Once an order has been marked as delivered, credentials have been revealed, or digital access has been issued to your account or email, the sale is considered complete and no refund will be issued except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by us in writing under Section 3.
Delivery includes access shown in your customer dashboard, credentials sent by email, voucher codes displayed at checkout, or any other fulfillment method stated on the product page.
3. Limited exceptions we may review
Refunds are granted only in rare, verified cases such as:
- We failed to deliver the correct product within the stated delivery window and cannot fulfill the order.
- Delivered credentials were invalid or unusable at the time of delivery, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate payment was verified for the same order due to a confirmed platform error on our side.
- The order was cancelled by us before delivery because payment could not be verified or the listing was unavailable.
Approval is at our sole discretion. Even when a refund is approved, we may offer store credit or replacement delivery instead of a cash refund.
4. Non-refundable situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Wrong plan, wrong product, or wrong account details entered by the customer.
- Failure to read the product description, delivery type, duration, region, or usage rules.
- Credentials that worked at delivery but later stopped due to customer misuse, sharing, resale, or violation of provider terms.
- Suspension, termination, policy changes, or downtime caused by third-party platforms (Netflix, Spotify, game publishers, etc.).
- Partial use of a subscription period after credentials were accessed.
- Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent payment proof submitted by the customer.
- Orders abandoned after payment submission without valid proof within the requested timeframe.
- Promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Issues arising after the reporting window in Section 5 has expired.
5. Refund requests & reporting window
You must contact support within 24 hours of delivery if you believe there is a delivery error or invalid credentials. Requests submitted after this window will be rejected automatically.
To request a review, open a support ticket from your account with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any required screenshots or evidence. Incomplete or false claims may result in immediate rejection and account restrictions.
6. Payment verification & order cancellation
Orders remain pending until payment is manually verified. We may cancel unpaid, unverified, or suspicious orders without notice. If payment proof is invalid, edited, duplicated from another order, or does not match the order amount, the order will be cancelled and is not eligible for fulfillment or refund beyond returning any verified duplicate amount at our discretion.
Once payment is verified and processing begins, cancellation requests are generally not accepted.
7. Chargebacks, fraud & account action
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting support and allowing reasonable time for resolution is treated as a violation of this policy. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in chargeback abuse, false refund claims, payment fraud, or credential misuse, and reserve the right to refuse future service.
8. Approved refunds & contact
If a refund is approved, it will be returned only to the original payment method or channel used for the order, minus any non-recoverable processing costs where permitted by law. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
